Red Cross Swimming Lessons: ages 6 and older, the new Aqua-Quest program is in full swing. We are very happy with how the new lessons worked this summer. Lessons are available for non swimmers through advanced. Classes will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Plus another session on Saturday morning.
Adult Lessons: The Red Cross has come up with a new Aqua-Adult learn to swim program. We are very excited about this program. Students are allowed to progress at their own rate. Please call for class times.
Parent & Tots: Our new Aqua-Tot program consists of three levels : Aqua tot 1 is for children 4 mounts to 12 months. Aqua Tots II is for children 12 months to 24 months. Aqua Tots III is for children 24 to 36 months.
Pre School Lessons: (Ages 3-5) We have incorporated the new Aqua -Quest Program into the Pre-School Program. We offer the first five levels of the Aqua-Quest program in classes of children between 3-5 years old exclusively.
Advanced Aquatic Programs: All levels will be offered in advanced Aquatics and lifeguard training. Several of our staff have received their training at our pool. Anyone interested in becoming a lifeguard or swim instructor is welcome to check out the advanced aquatic program.
Advanced Fitness Program: The Aquacise and deep water jogging program were a great success this year. We offer classes several times a week. please come and try our alternative forms of exercise. This year we want to encourage our regulars to bring a friend.
Adult Lane Swim: Swimming is considered one of the top forms of exercise available. It provides both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. We have several convenient times a day to meet everyone's schedule. Please call for swim times.
Family Swim: Families are encouraged to come and enjoy the pool in a quiet setting on the weekends. please take advantage of this time to get out and enjoy our facility. Watch for Kinette sponsored free family swims on the first Sunday of every month.
Universal Gym: The pool is equipped with two universal gyms, extensive free weights, exercise bikes and new step master. We offer very convenient hours so everyone can fit a workout into their schedule.
JR. Lifeguard Club: This is a new program for children between 10 and 15 who are interested in aquatics. The club meets once a week as a group. Each participant also comes in one hour a week to help with lessons or to practice lifeguard There will be field trips and special events throughout the year.
Synchronized Swim: We are fortunate to have a qualified instructor on staff and will be offering lessons on Saturdays. This is great for anyone who is interested in dance, gymnastics and swimming.
Spring Board Diving Lessons: We have a diving instructor on staff. Candidates will learn to do front and back dives, summersaults, pikes and also many different recreational dives.

Introduction to competitive Swimming: A two week course designed for children
between the ages of 8 and 15 who wish to try out the sport of competitive
swimming.

Club Programs
Hot Tub: The Stettler Swimming Pool has a Hot Tub. The tub provides a great way to relax and loosen up your sore muscles. Please come and try it out for yourself.
